Teacher moral is at an all-time low. To change this, we wanted to take the power away from a saying that gets under the skin of teachers everywhere. Even turn it into a positive. Educators were then allowed to create their own phrases to proudly talk about what they do.

Our goal was to elevate the importance of the teaching profession in a way the teachers themselves could own. Giving them the tools to create a grassroots movement however they saw fit. Educators could create their own phrases to proudly display – from posters in their classrooms, to the mug on their desk, to posts for their social feeds. Teachers could even customize the colors to show off their school pride.
